About Course

Discussions between the development team, stakeholders, and Product Owner during Product Backlog Refinement or even in traditional software development that includes BA (Business Analyst), SA (Systems Analyst), and business users often become too technical. Sometimes, these discussions can drag on or switch between too many topics, making time management a challenge. In this workshop, participants will practice hands-on tasks based on scenarios, learning to categorize and determine which areas require deeper focus or more detail. They will also learn how to document, capture information, and organize it for further development. This workshop is suitable for QA, Developers, BA, SA, and PO. Additionally, stakeholders, business users, and even end-users involved in software product development are welcome to join.
