About Course

Product Discovery is a course that integrates product management, user experience design, and design thinking into a process for teams that will take ownership of a product. Product ownership is one of the most important and challenging roles in the Agile work process. Often, organizations adopting Agile and Scrum believe that a single person in the role of Product Owner must make all the decisions regarding the product, from big issues to small details. This results in stress, an overwhelmed Product Owner, and a bottleneck for everyone in the organization. Others, who have valuable information and skills, get sidelined, which leads to a product with less value and less happiness for everyone in the organization. But this is not how Agile was designed to work. This course will demonstrate the way product ownership is meant to work within Agile.
