About Course

This workshop, based on the teachings of Ajarn Kanya Likitsuth and her team, focuses on enhancing communication through Non-Violent Communication (NVC) principles. Participants will learn the four key differentiations and how to apply them, allowing effective communication even in difficult conversations without compromising relationships. The course is designed to be 20% lecture and 80% interactive workshops, offering hands-on experiences in understanding the impact of communication dynamics.
