About Course

During the one-week Scrum Developer (Scrum Delivery Team) course, participants will experience what it feels like to work collaboratively as part of a Scrum Team. Everyone will work together to develop an application over the course of one sprint. Throughout these five days, in addition to hands-on work, there will be short lectures on various practices integrated into the mornings and afternoons. These lectures will help participants gain a clear understanding of what lies ahead, followed by continuous hands-on activities. Furthermore, the learning environment will simulate the experience of being coached by an Agile Coach throughout the week. The structure of the course consists of 30% lectures and 70% hands-on activities. The course covers all Scrum activities, starting from Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Test-Driven Development to Continuous Integration, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, and Refactoring. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to apply these practices to working with Legacy Code.
