Scrum Master Compass

When we first became ScrumMasters, we encountered numerous challenges—often questioning how much involvement was appropriate and whether we were doing too little or too much, potentially stifling team growth. This course draws on our experiences to provide valuable insights and guidance for ScrumMasters, coaches, and leaders facing similar obstacles.

The course covers both soft skills—such as effective communication and fostering team growth—and hard skills, including meeting facilitation, group decision-making, and feedback techniques. It incorporates practical experiences from both internal and external coaching perspectives.

The format is 50% lecture and 50% workshop, with a maximum of 30 participants to ensure personalized attention and an engaging learning environment.
